Growth and impact are boundless. Align with your beliefs and unique strengths.

THE STORY BEHIND THE LOGO

Our logo is more than just a symbol; it’s a representation of the journey we take together. The tree, with its deep and visible roots, signifies the importance of being grounded in your values and purpose. This is the foundation of authentic leadership—the part of you that remains steadfast no matter the season.

The trunk of the tree is a DNA helix, a powerful symbol of your unique and innate strengths. Just as no two strands of DNA are the same, your leadership style is entirely your own. We believe that when your actions are aligned with your beliefs and your unique strengths, you can’t help but flourish. This flourishing is represented by the branches and leaves, reaching outward and upward.

The entire tree is held within a circle, yet this circle is deliberately left open at the top. This opening represents the unlimited potential that exists within you. It’s a reminder that your growth and impact are boundless, always expanding and reaching for new possibilities.

What I love about teaching is bearing witness to the moments when leaders connect and act with the most true version of themselves. It’s like seeing new flowers and leaves emerge on tree—the growth is inevitable, powerful, and entirely their own. My role is simply to provide the soil and the light so they can thrive in their own potential.
